
The Delta State Government has inaugurated a Screening Committee to oversee the forthcoming employment exercise of the Ministry of Health, as part of its commitment to transparency and merit-based recruitment. The inauguration ceremony was carried out by the Delta State Commissioner for Health, Dr. Joseph Onojaeme in his office on behalf of the state government, emphasizing the importance of fairness, professionalism, and due process throughout the exercise.
The committee, chaired by Chief Barr. Dr. Paul Oweh, has been tasked with ensuring that only qualified and competent candidates are selected to strengthen the healthcare workforce across the state. The Commissioner expressed confidence in the committee’s ability to deliver on its mandate, noting that their work will contribute significantly to improving healthcare service delivery in Delta State.
